Role overview

You'll own the full D2C growth engine--from acquisition through retention and LTV. This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer who can design experiments, run paid/lifecycle programs, and partner with product, brand, and ops to hit revenue targets efficiently.

What you'll do

Acquisition & demand



Build and scale paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest); manage budgets, bids, and creative testing for ROAS/MER targets. Launch and optimize affiliate/influencer and partnerships; implement attribution and payout mechanics. Develop SEO/content programs to capture high-intent demand; brief and measure landing pages.

Conversion & onsite growth



Own CRO: hypotheses, A/B tests, and personalization across landing pages, PDPs, checkout. Improve site speed, merchandising, pricing, bundling, and promo strategy with Product/Merch. Stand up referral and loyalty programs.

Lifecycle & retention



Map lifecycle journeys (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, churn rescue). Run CRM across email, SMS, and push (segmentation, deliverability, creative). Drive repeat rate, AOV, and subscription/replenishment adoption where applicable.

Analytics & planning



Define and report the growth scorecard: revenue, CAC, LTV:CAC, payback, MER, AOV, CVR, repeat rate, churn/retention, contribution margin. Build forecast models and weekly experiment plans; translate insights into action. Ensure clean tracking (GA4 + server-side, pixels, UTM discipline) and channel attribution.

Collaboration & ops



Brief and iterate creative (UGC, statics, video) with the brand/creative team. Coordinate inventory and new launches with Ops and Supply to prevent stock-outs and wasted spend. Manage agencies and freelancers as needed.
What success looks like (first 90 days)

Growth scorecard live; baseline and targets agreed. 3-5 high-impact experiments shipped with clear learnings. Paid accounts restructured with creative/testing roadmap. Lifecycle flows audited; top 3 flows improved (welcome, post-purchase, win-back). Tracking health check completed; key gaps closed.
You'll bring

3-6 years in D2C growth/performance marketing (e-commerce or subscription). Proven ownership of 7-figure annual spend with efficient CAC/payback. Strong experimentation chops (hypothesis design, stats literacy). Comfortable in data: GA4/Looker/Tableau, Excel/Sheets; bonus for SQL. Hands-on in: Meta & Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo/Braze/Iterable, Shopify/Recharge (or similar), GTM, A/B tools (Convert, VWO, Optimizely). Creative sensibility for thumb-stopping ads and conversion-oriented copy. Bias to action, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have

Experience with subscriptions/retention mechanics, influencer/affiliate networks, and server-side tracking. Consumer goods categories (beauty, wellness, apparel, food & bev, home). International scaling and localization.
