Role Overview
We are looking for a D2C Growth Coach who has lived and breathed e-
commerce brand-building. Someone who has either:
Built and scaled their own D2C brand to at least ?20-50
lakh/month, OR
Worked with multiple D2C brands across categories (via
agencies, accelerators, consulting, or leadership roles), helping
them grow from scratch to scale (?5 lakh to ?1 crore/month).
Your mission: Handhold, review, guide & challenge our Diamond and
Quantum Club brand founders so that they scale faster, avoid costly mistakes, and implement the HyperScale frameworks with
accountability.
You will be the bridge between our members and Shripal, ensuring
every founder feels supported, guided, and challenged.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Growth Coach to assigned Diamond & Quantum Club
founders, ensuring structured reviews and accountability.
Evaluate and guide on:
o Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, Influencer ROI,
CAC/LTV metrics)
o Amazon & Marketplace Growth
o Brand Storytelling & Positioning
o Website CRO & Funnels (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
o Retention Strategies (Email, WhatsApp, Community
Building)
o Product-Market Fit & Pricing Models
Conduct regular review sessions with founders and prepare
growth scorecards.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical, proven
solutions.
Collaborate with Shripal to provide strategic insights and
escalate high-value opportunities.
Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and growth hacks in the
D2C ecosystem.
Create case studies & benchmarks from member successes to
inspire the larger community.
Act as a thought partner to founders - not just reviewing
numbers, but challenging their thinking.
