About the Role



We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Brand Strategist / E-commerce Brand Manager who can take complete ownership of brand growth on e-commerce platforms. This is a senior-level role requiring strong expertise in brand handling, strategic planning, and performance-driven execution for online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and scaling brands across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and D2C websites.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



Brand Strategy & Ownership



Take complete ownership of assigned e-commerce brands and their overall growth strategy.

Develop and execute brand positioning, pricing, and marketplace growth strategies.

Ensure consistency in brand communication across all e-commerce platforms.

Marketplace & Catalog Management



Oversee catalog planning, listing optimization, A+ content, brand stores, and creatives.

Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality brand assets.

Monitor marketplace trends, category insights, and competitor strategies.

Performance & Growth Management



Drive key performance metrics such as sales, ROAS, conversion rate, and organic rankings.

Analyze dashboards and marketplace reports to identify growth opportunities.

Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, sale events, and promotional activities.

Advertising & Campaign Strategy



Work closely with PPC teams for Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace campaigns.

Strategically allocate ad budgets to maximize brand visibility and ROI.

Align paid marketing efforts with long-term brand objectives.

Team & Stakeholder Management



Guide and mentor junior executives and brand associates.

Act as the primary decision-maker for brand-level strategy and execution.

Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams for seamless execution.

Reporting & Leadership



Prepare and present weekly/monthly brand performance reports to management.

Take accountability for brand KPIs, timelines, and execution quality.

Recommend strategic improvements based on performance data and insights.

Requirements & Skills



3-5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce brand management or brand strategy.

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and growth levers.

Expertise in catalog optimization, ads strategy, and campaign planning.

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

Leadership mindset with the ability to handle brands independently.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience handling multiple brands or large e-commerce accounts.

Exposure to D2C brand strategy is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
