qualification and strong knowledge of the medical field to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally and politely with patients over the phone. Provide information about hospital services and answer patient queries. Schedule appointments and accurately maintain patient records. Coordinate effectively with doctors and hospital staff. Make timely reminder and follow-up calls to patients.

Requirements:

D Pharma

degree is mandatory. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Confident, polite, and empathetic with patients. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

Experience:

Telecalling or patient-handling experience in the medical field preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
