Job Description

Responsibilities: o Operate and maintain grinding machines (e.g., cylindrical, surface, or gear grinding) to produce precision parts. o Set up machines, including selecting and installing grinding wheels, fixtures, and tooling. o Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine grinding requirements. o Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products. o Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding equipment. o Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements: o 3 to 6 years of experience in operating grinding machines. o Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers. o Knowledge of grinding techniques and materials. o Attention to detail and commitment to quality. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills: o Experience with CNC grinding machines. o Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,407.36 - ₹38,297.43 per month
