Job Description

Responsibilities:

Setup, operate and maintain manual grinding machines with respect to OD/ID cylindrical grinding

Loading and unloading of parts in the machine for precision manufacturing

Start and follow the machining cycle

Keep the necessary tools and follow with the change as needed.

Ability to grind OD & ID as per the specifications in the drawing

Ability to make use of various precision measuring instruments to inspect dimensions of finished products

Ability to troubleshoot setups if needed will be an advantage

Check on tight tolerance of +/- .0005 micron

Adhere to quality standards and production timelines

Ability to read and understand GD&T symbols

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area

Capable of standing for duration of shift and lift weight as needed to complete the production cycle

Understanding of RA value of surface is critical

Complete the production / Manufacturing process as per plan

Inform supervisor in case non-conformance in production and in the event of machine problems

Skills Required:

Should be able to operate multi task

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
