We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver foundational security training to participants. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating engaging instruction on core cybersecurity principles, essential tools, and industry best practices to help learners build a strong, practical skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive Level-1 cybersecurity training programs.
Instruct participants on core topics including network security, threat landscapes, common vulnerabilities, and SIEM fundamentals.
Facilitate hands-on training with relevant tools and platforms such as Wireshark and Kali Linux.
Develop, prepare, and update training content, practical lab exercises, and knowledge assessments.
Provide continuous guidance and support to learners throughout their training progression.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of professional experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical domain.
Foundational cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH Level 1) are a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
A passion for teaching and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment.
