Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led and virtual cybersecurity training sessions.
Provide hands-on lab guidance in areas such as network security, ethical hacking, SOC operations, and cloud security.
Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees and clients.
Create, update, and maintain training materials, slide decks, labs, and assessments.
Prepare learners for industry certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP, CySA+).
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated on current cybersecurity trends, tools, and threats.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related field.
Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience.
Strong understanding of concepts such as network security, threat detection, incident response, cloud security, and vulnerability management.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
