Position: Cyber Security Tester

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cyber Security Tester to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems and applications by identifying and mitigating potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on various networked systems, applications, and infrastructures.
• Identify security weaknesses and vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and networks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate security controls and detect potential breaches.
• Perform security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security testing into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Generate detailed and accurate reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations for remediation.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends.
• Assist in incident response and forensic investigations as needed.

Qualifications
Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Information science, Information Security.

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in cyber security testing, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.

• Strong understanding of common security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001).

• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent.

• Proficiency with various security testing tools and platforms (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Wireshark).

• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and application security.

• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
