Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies aligned with industry best practices and frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain). Provide leadership in network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, incident response, application security, and IoT security. Oversee deployment and management of SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, NAC, email gateways, Active Directory, DAST/SAST, WAF, firewalls, vulnerability management tools. Collaborate with IT and business units to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with security standards. Drive the development of cyber security policies, standards, and procedures. Stay updated with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, enhancing security posture. Manage and analyze security metrics, reporting to leadership. Lead and mentor a global team of cyber security professionals. Build strong stakeholder relationships with IT, M&A, business units, and third-party vendors. Communicate effectively with senior management on risks, initiatives, and strategies. Advocate for organization-wide security best practices.

Key Areas:

Hands-on experience in Network Security, IAM, PKI, Data Security, Application Security, SOC, and 3rd party risk management. Experience in PEN testing, red/purple team exercises, tabletop simulations, incident response, and vulnerability management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, Apple, AWS, Storage (NetApp & Pure), Azure, GCP. Experience with security controls across IaC, Configuration management, DevOps & automation. Proven leadership of global cybersecurity engineering & operations teams.
