We are a dynamic IT solutions company supporting clients across the UAE region. Join our Kochi office as a Cybersecurity Engineer/ Sales Consultant and help drive sales by promoting and explaining cybersecurity products and services to our clients, with great growth and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs
Present and explain cybersecurity products and solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, backup & recovery)
Assist the sales team in demonstrating product value and benefits
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain client relationships and provide timely follow-up
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and solutions (firewalls like Fortinet, Sophos, endpoint protection, email security, backup & recovery)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn sales techniques and cybersecurity domain
Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity concepts
