Job Profile : Business Development ManagerIndustry : Information Technology & ServicesExperience : 4+ yearsJob Location : Mohali, PunjabEmployment Type : Full TimeOverview : Cybernext is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven experience with Upwork and similar platforms to expand our client base and maximize business opportunities.Responsibilities :- Manage the proposal process for web-based and digital marketing projects on platforms like Upwork, PPH, and Freelancer.- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the company\'s visibility and success on these platforms.- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and engage with potential clients to drive conversions and secure new projects.- Ensure accurate representation of the company\'s capabilities and achievements on Upwork, PPH, and Freelancer profiles.- Maintain accurate and detailed time sheets for effective resource tracking and allocation.- Provide guidance and support to junior Business Development Executives (BDEs) and monitor their performance to achieve goals.Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing marketsThink strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the businessWork strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.Requirements :- Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)-needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills- Strong comprehension abilities for understanding complex project requirements- Analytical thinking and enthusiastic, self-starter attitude for developing strategies- In-depth knowledge of web-based technologies and digital marketing for creating effective proposalsInterpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients- Team Working skills and a collaborative approach to work- Good Decision-making skills- The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload- The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports- A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment- Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.- Project management and organizational skills- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goalsEducational Qualification :- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related stream IT/Computer applicationGraduation is Mandatory- Certification course/diploma in a similar or Business Study- Perks and Benefits- 5 Days Working- Good Work Culture- Excellent work-life balance (ref:updazz.com)
