We are seeking an experienced

CYBERARK SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER

to join our IT Security team.

Experience - 5 years or more in installation, maintenance, upgrade of large CyberArk installations

CyberArk Component Upgrades:

Perform major and minor version upgrades for all CyberArk components in accordance with CyberArk's compatibility and release standards.

Operating System Upgrades for Vault Servers:

Upgrade the underlying operating systems of CyberArk servers to ensure platform compatibility, performance optimization, and alignment with security best practices.

Discovery & Onboarding Reporting:

Conduct regular discovery scans to identify unmonitored assets and privileged accounts not yet onboarded into CyberArk. Provide weekly reports to relevant stakeholders and support remediation actions.

Password Rotation Compliance:

Ensure 100% adherence to password rotation policies for all onboarded accounts. Share weekly compliance reports with stakeholders and follow up to drive resolution of any non-compliant items.

Disaster Recovery Cutover & Rollback:

Perform DC-DR (Data Center to Disaster Recovery) cutover and rollback by preparing a detailed Plan of Action (PoA). Document the process and results in a formal Disaster Recovery Drill Report.

System Health & Capacity Monitoring:

Continuously monitor the health and capacity of all CyberArk components. Generate and distribute weekly health and performance reports to relevant teams.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with the CyberArk support team for timely resolution of any product-related issues identified during operations, upgrades, or routine monitoring.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
