We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Cyber Service Manager. In this role, you will : Manager one or more of Service Operational activities related to Service Catalogue, Product Management, Knowledge management & Management Information Manage the entire Lifecycle of all Services, and includes three Categories: Service Pipeline (proposed or in Development), Service Catalogue (Live or available for Deployment) - Change Management over catalogue - backlogs with ITID. Retired Services Identifying when, and what, changes are required to the Services. Identify, record, and verify services and other integration Items, including their attributes and relationships of changes & impacts. Manage Cybersecurity Services Portal - Stores, manages, updates, and presents all information that Cyber needs to manage the full Lifecycle of Cyber Services. Manage & drive the knowledge articles in Chatbot Management information requirements & delivery of required information, reports. Support audit requirements with process work-flows Product Management to support the implementation, process mapping, defining procedures & train customer base. Be responsible of one or more Business / Customer groups, Regions & Cyber Functions in support of cyber services. Demand Management - understand and influence customer/business demand for services and the provision New, modified or retired services meet the expectations of the business as documented in the service strategy and service design stages of the lifecycle. Define, document, agree, monitor, measure, report and review the level of services provided. Proactively identify problem and resolve, make decisions based on sound, rational judgment and stakeholder needs. Provide suggestions for the improvement of existing security setup. Meet expectations of internal Stakeholders through delivering a high quality of service, meeting their needs and demonstrating the added value of service provided. Team Interaction & Training and Knowledge Sharing Operate as part of a global team and responsible for delivery of cyber security services. Ensure adherence to the three lines of defence organisational model with clear lines of responsibility, accountability and segregation of duties. Ensure compliance with internal audit and external regulators that any organisational changes are fit for purpose and meet their expectations Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Working knowledge of information security concepts and principles Demonstrable aptitude for and interest in information security and service management Strong initiative, consensus-building and ability to collaborate directly with a variety of clients (business, development, compliance, etc.) Strong written communication (writing sample to be requested) Polished and professional verbal communication skills, experienced facilitator and briefer Ability to adapt and apply information to new scenarios and technologies 5 + years proven and broad-based IT experience or equivalent, including experience of Cybersecurity & Service Management related activity or equivalent. University degree in information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong technical, security management, problem-solving, lateral thinking, planning, organizational, analytical, decision making, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work and communicate effectively and articulately as a team member with management and staff at all levels.
