About the Role

Cokonet is looking for an experienced

Cybersecurity Trainer

to conduct offline training sessions at our Trivandrum center. The role requires strong expertise in cybersecurity concepts, tools, and practices, along with prior experience in delivering effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver offline classroom sessions on Cybersecurity concepts and practices. Develop and update training materials, lab exercises, and assessments. Guide learners through hands-on scenarios including network security, threat detection, and incident response. Conduct practice tests, assignments, and evaluations to assess learner progress. Stay current with emerging cybersecurity tools, trends, and best practices. Provide feedback and mentoring support to learners for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Trainer. Strong knowledge of: Network Security Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Security Tools Risk Assessment & Compliance Cloud Security and Endpoint Protection Incident Response & Security Operations Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior corporate training or academic teaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CISM will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
