Job Title: Cyber Security Trainer (Remote)

Location: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

: We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security Trainer to conduct online training sessions and help candidates build strong foundations in cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices. The trainer will manage multiple batches daily and ensure practical, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 3 to 4 online training batches per day

Deliver training on cybersecurity fundamentals, tools, and real-world scenarios

Prepare and update training modules and learning materials

Assess trainee performance and provide regular feedback

Coordinate with HR/Operations for batch planning and reports

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and tools

Good communication and presentation skills

Experience in training or IT/cybersecurity preferred

Familiarity with online training platforms (Zoom/Google Meet, LMS)

Salary & Probation:

Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary During Probation: ?12,000 per month

Post-Probation Package: ?4 LPA (CTC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
