Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging sessions (online/offline) on cybersecurity fundamentals, advanced topics (AppSec, Cloud Sec), and certification prep.

Curriculum Development:

Create/update presentations, labs, case studies, and assignments with the latest threats and tools (Kali Linux, Burp Suite).

Hands-On Labs:

Design practical lab environments for skill development in areas like penetration testing.

Assessment & Mentoring:

Evaluate learner proficiency, provide feedback, and mentor individuals towards certifications.

Stay Updated:

Research new vulnerabilities, security best practices, and emerging technologies.

MIS & Feedback:

Maintain training records (attendance, scores) and use feedback for program improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Certifications:

CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM (beneficial).

Technical Expertise:

Network Security, AppSec, Ethical Hacking, Risk Management, Incident Response, Forensics, Malware Analysis.

Tools:

Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Nessus, etc..

Experience:

Real-world security experience and prior training/mentoring.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication (English), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
