to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality training to learners of varying skill levels -- from beginners to experienced IT professionals. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve training content to ensure students gain real-world, job-ready cybersecurity skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs (in-person or virtual)
Teach topics such as network security, ethical hacking, incident response, SIEM tools, risk management, cloud security, and more
Create engaging course materials including slides, labs, assessments, and hands-on exercises
Support students with guidance, mentorship, and feedback
Stay updated with emerging threats, tools, and industry best practices
Collaborate with the curriculum and training teams to improve course quality
Track student progress and maintain training documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience (formal or informal)
Strong understanding of security principles, frameworks, and technologies
Hands-on experience with tools such as Networking, Linux, Basic security Concept, SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, ECH & penetration testing tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Security+, ECH, CCNA or Linux similar
Experience with cybersecurity labs and simulation platforms
Background in curriculum development or instructional design
Experience training corporate clients or bootcamp students
