About the Role

We are seeking a

dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer

who can deliver high-quality training in

Networking (CCNA), Ethical Hacking (CEH), and Cloud Security

. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on industry experience, and excellent communication skills to train and mentor students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging

classroom and online training sessions

on

CCNA, CEH, and Cloud Security

. Design, develop, and update

training materials, labs, and assessments

. Conduct

hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world scenarios

for practical exposure. Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the

latest technologies, certification updates, and industry trends

. Support learners with guidance on

certification preparation

and

career readiness

. Collaborate with the academic/operations team to ensure training quality and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certifications (mandatory):

Cisco Certified Network Associate (

CCNA

) Certified Ethical Hacker (

CEH

) Cloud Security certification (e.g.,

CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security

, or equivalent)

Technical Expertise In:

Networking, Routing & Switching, Firewalls, VPNs Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, Ethical Hacking tools Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), IAM, Threat Protection, Cloud Compliance

Other Requirements:

2-5 years of

training/industry experience

in networking & cybersecurity. Strong

presentation and communication skills

. Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels. Passion for

teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning

.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

Experience in creating

YouTube/LinkedIn learning content

or corporate training. Knowledge of

Python for automation

, SIEM tools, or SOC operations. Prior experience training

college students, working professionals, or corporate batches

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Paud Road, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
