Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to provide effective, high-quality training for students and cybersecurity professionals in the basics, tools, and techniques of cybersecurity. The candidate should be hands-on experience in cybersecurity and keen on mentoring and growing talent.

Key Duties:

Develop and conduct cybersecurity training programs (online and/or classroom).
Train subjects like network security, ethical hacking, SIEM tools, firewalls, vulnerability scanning, etc.
Design training material, assignments, tests, and lab work.
Guide and assist students during the training duration.
Keep yourself updated with latest cybersecurity trends and certifications (CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc.).
Conduct practice interviews, project feedback, and guide for career.
Tailor content for intermediate to beginner-level learners as per industry requirement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity functions (SOC Analyst, Penetration Tester, etc.).
Previous training, teaching, or mentoring experience desirable.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Practical experience with tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, etc.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP) are desired.

Nice to Have:

Experience in curriculum design.
Capability of conducting bootcamps, workshops, or crash courses.
