Qualification : UG / PG min 4 year of experience in the same field.

Roles and Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

Design and update cybersecurity training curricula aligned with industry standards, certifications, and emerging threats. Integrate practical labs, case studies, and real-world attack scenarios into the syllabus.

Training Delivery

Conduct classroom, online, and hands-on training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices. Teach core areas such as network security, ethical hacking, cryptography, cloud security, incident response, and risk management.

Hands-on Practical Training

Provide lab-based training using security tools, simulations, and virtual environments. Guide learners in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, malware analysis, and security audits.

Assessment and Evaluation

Develop assignments, quizzes, lab exercises, and assessments to evaluate learner progress. Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Student Mentoring and Guidance

Mentor trainees on career paths, certifications (CEH, CISSP, Security+, etc.), and industry expectations. Support learners in project development, internships, and placement preparation.

Cybersecurity Awareness

Promote cybersecurity awareness, ethical practices, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Educate learners on cyber laws, data privacy, and organizational security policies.

Industry Alignment

Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence. Align training outcomes with current industry and organizational needs.

Project Supervision

Guide learners in live projects, capstone projects, and research-based security implementations. Evaluate project documentation, implementation, and security effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination

Work with academic coordinators, placement teams, and industry partners to enhance training effectiveness. Participate in workshops, seminars, and cybersecurity events.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and certification tracking. Prepare training progress reports for management and accreditation purposes.

Continuous Improvement

Collect learner feedback and improve training methods and content. Recommend upgrades to labs, tools, and infrastructure for advanced cybersecurity training.

Compliance and Ethics

Ensure all training activities follow ethical hacking guidelines and legal compliance. Emphasize responsible use of cybersecurity tools and techniques.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
