Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Cyber Security Trainer

to train students and professionals in key concepts of

network security, ethical hacking, data protection, and cyber defense mechanisms

. The ideal candidate should have both technical expertise and strong communication skills to deliver hands-on, practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online training sessions on

Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, and related domains

. Design and develop course materials, hands-on labs, and assessments based on industry standards. Prepare students for

international certification exams

such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar.*
Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, tools, and technologies. Support in organizing workshops, webinars, and awareness programs on cybersecurity. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the academic and technical teams to improve training content and delivery.

Technical Expertise Required:

Strong knowledge of

networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and cryptography

. Hands-on experience with

ethical hacking tools

such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Nmap, etc. Knowledge of

malware analysis, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment

. Understanding of

cloud security, data privacy laws, and incident response procedures

. Familiarity with

Windows, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in cybersecurity or IT security training. Relevant certifications preferred -- CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or OSCP.*
Proven experience in delivering technical training or mentoring students.

Soft Skills:

Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Passion for teaching and continuous learning. Ability to simplify complex topics for learners of all levels.

Competitive salary based on experience and certification.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
