Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and develop training curriculum and materials covering various aspects of cybersecurity, such as network security, threat intelligence, encryption, ethical hacking, and compliance standards. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for different audiences, including employees, students, or professionals, both in-person and through online platforms. Customization and Adaptation: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different groups, whether they are beginners, intermediate learners, or advanced professionals. Hands-On Exercises and Simulations: Create and facilitate hands-on exercises, simulations, and real-world scenarios to enhance practical understanding and skills in cybersecurity practices. Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and up to date. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and practical tests. Gather feedback from participants to improve training quality. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of training materials, reports, and attendance records. Provide progress reports to management or clients as needed. Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Experience in designing training modules and programs.
• Familiarity with various training methods and techniques.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.
