Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cybersecurity Mentor to guide students through real-time projects, hands-on practicals, and industry-level training. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical exposure, and the ability to teach complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

Train students in core cybersecurity concepts, tools, and real-time scenarios. Guide learners through hands-on labs, practical tasks, and live project work. Provide mentoring on Cybersecurity fundamentals, Networking basics, Ethical Hacking, SOC operations, SIEM tools, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), etc. Prepare and deliver training materials, exercises, and assessments. Support students with doubt clearing, project guidance, and interview preparation. Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, security tools, and industry best practices. Conduct sessions both online and offline based on requirement.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4+ years of real-time experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, Incident Response, VAPT, or related domains. Strong knowledge of Networking, Operating Systems, Threat Analysis, SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar/ELK), Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Malware analysis basics, etc. Practical experience with cybersecurity tools and attack-defense techniques. Good communication, mentoring ability, and presentation skills. Ability to simplify and explain technical topics to beginners.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, SOC Analyst certifications, etc. (optional but preferred). Previous training/mentoring experience is an added advantage.
