This role is primarily focused on
technical development
, including API integrations, data exchange automation, and custom interface creation between Onspring and other enterprise systems. A background in GRC concepts or experience with tools such as
Onspring, Archer, or ServiceNow GRC
will be considered a strong plus. Secondary responsibilities include supporting GRC configuration, platform administration, and related activities described below.
& Responsibilities:
Integration and Solution Development (Primary Focus):
+ Design and develop new integrations between Onspring and other enterprise platforms using APIs and modern development frameworks.
+ Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance services using the
Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server)
.
+ Implement data exchange pipelines, transformation logic, and workflow automation.
+ Develop user interfaces, dashboards, or custom components using
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
, and related front-end frameworks.
+ Ensure all integrations meet enterprise security and compliance standards.
Platform Configuration and GRC Enablement (Secondary Focus):
+ Customize and configure Onspring to meet business and compliance requirements.
+ Support GRC platform enhancements, including workflows, access controls, and reporting.
+ Provide technical support for Onspring users and assist in troubleshooting system and integration issues.
+ Collaborate with IT, risk, and compliance teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Data Management and Automation:
+ Design, optimize, and manage relational data models (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
+ Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline compliance, risk management, and governance processes.
+ Implement data pipelines to support analytics and decision-making.
Documentation and Reporting
+ Document architecture, integration logic, and system configurations for maintenance and knowledge sharing.
+ Build reports and dashboards that provide visibility into system health and GRC metrics.
Compliance and Security:
+ Ensure integration design and platform operations align with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.
+ Participate in periodic security and performance reviews of integrated systems.
Required Skill:
Strong proficiency in
C#, .NET Core
, and related
Microsoft stack technologies

Hands-on experience with
REST/SOAP API development and integration
between enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of
web technologies
and data handling.
Working knowledge of
front-end technologies
(JavaScript, HTML, CSS, frameworks such as React or Angular preferred).
Solid understanding of
database technologies
(SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), including query optimization and schema design.
Experience with
GRC platforms
such as Onspring, Archer, or ServiceNow GRC is a strong plus.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also beneficial).
Primary Skills:
Strong experience with
API and microservices development
using modern frameworks.
Knowledge of
risk and compliance frameworks
(ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX) is a plus.
Proficiency in
SDLC and DevOps practices
, including CI/CD pipelines.
Experience automating data and workflow processes for operational efficiency.
Additional Skills:
Ability to interface effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Strong documentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and mentor junior developers when needed.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and detail.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

5-8 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in enterprise integration contexts.
Certifications in relevant GRC platforms (e.g., Onspring, Archer) or Microsoft technologies are advantageous.
