About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior Cyber Security Engineer

with extensive experience in securing cloud, network, and application environments. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage security infrastructure, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Implementation:

Design and deploy secure architectures for cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

Threat Management:

Perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches.

Monitoring & Incident Response:

Manage SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar) for real-time threat detection. Develop playbooks and automate incident response workflows.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure alignment with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, or PCI-DSS. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking.

Collaboration:

Partner with engineering, IT, and compliance teams to embed security best practices. Mentor junior security engineers and participate in security awareness programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, with proven remote collaboration experience. Strong understanding of: Network and cloud security Identity and access management (IAM, SSO, MFA) Security automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar) Endpoint and application security tools Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with EDR, DLP, vulnerability management, and SIEM tools.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.01 per year
