Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Cyber Security Trainer to deliver high-quality, engaging, and practical cyber security training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security, hands-on experience with tools and technologies, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring security professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and deliver engaging cyber security training sessions, including theoretical and hands-on components. Design course materials, curriculum, and labs that align with industry standards and certification requirements. Instruct and guide students through complex cyber security topics such as network security, threat intelligence, ethical hacking, penetration testing, incident response, and risk management. Provide real-world case studies and scenarios to reinforce learning and improve skill retention. Assess students' progress through quizzes, assignments, practical assessments, and feedback sessions. Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends, tools, and certifications to enhance the training curriculum. Provide mentorship and support to students pursuing cyber security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, and more. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in cyber security, with hands-on experience in network security, ethical hacking, incident response, etc. Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or CISM. Strong knowledge of current cyber security tools, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners. Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in a professional setting is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?500.64 - ?1,000.00 per hour
