Roles and Responsibilities Primary Skills:

• 
  Knowledge of Information and Cyber Security strategies, tools, techniques and practices.
• Knowledge and familiarity with security best practices /standards like ISO 27001
• Familiar with RBI/CERT IN circulars and compliance requirements
• Well versed with Information and Cyber technologies/tools/processes
• Well versed with formulation and implementation of various IT and IS policies. Secondary Skills:

• 
  Incident response procedures, techniques, reporting to management, regulator, CERT-IN etc Competency
  • Proven work experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer
  • Experience in building and maintaining Cyber security systems
  • Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
  • Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc
  • Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
  • Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
  • Ability to independently work as part of security organisation
  • Ability to translate regulators requirements into actionable policies implement
  • Ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholder individuals / groups (including third parties)
  • Ability to Work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to benchmark and improve Cyber Security posture of the Bank
  • Partner with all internal teams/external entities to address and enhance Cyber posture of the bank
  • Excellent verbal and written - communication and presentation skills.

IT Security certification(s) like (CISA/ CISM/ CEH/ CISSP/ CCIE(Security)) Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Security Engineering and Implementation & Management of Security Technologies
