Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Cyber Security Engineer
to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and strengthening security posture across systems, networks, and cloud environments. This role demands hands-on experience in incident response, vulnerability management, and implementation of security controls.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor security alerts and logs using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, ELK).
Detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents following the full

Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for internal and external systems.
Implement, manage, and optimize security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, WAF, and DLP.
Conduct risk assessments, compliance checks, and regular security audits.
Develop, maintain, and update security policies, SOPs, and documentation.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure architecture and configurations.
Support security awareness initiatives and best practices within the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
2-7+ years
of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles.
Relevant certifications (any of the following are highly valued):
CompTIA Security+, CySA+
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
CISSP, CISM, CISA
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, firewalls).
Experience working with key security tools and platforms:
SIEM:
Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ELK
EDR/XDR:
CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Carbon Black, Microsoft Defender
Vulnerability scanners:
Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS
Proxy / WAF solutions:
Zscaler, Palo Alto, Cloudflare
Proficiency in at least one scripting or automation language:
Python, PowerShell, Bash

Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud security best practices (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of secure configuration, auditing, and compliance frameworks.
