Job Summary (List Format) DLP Security Analyst
- Oversee daily monitoring and administration of enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Configure, manage, and maintain DLP tools, including policy creation, adjustments, and system updates.
- Respond to and resolve alerts generated by DLP and other security technologies.
- Collaborate with IT, Network Operations, Infrastructure, and Business Groups to ensure DLP effectiveness.
- Partner with vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, and DLP technology enhancements.
- Follow established incident response and escalation processes, including prompt response to escalations.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and upgrades for DLP systems.
- Conduct independent research and troubleshooting for technical issues related to DLP.
- Prepare and communicate technical documentation and reports.
- Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and writing skills.
- Apply a minimum of 2 years' operational experience with DLP technology and 4-6 years in Information Security support.
- Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
