MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

This Cyber Security Solution Manager - Acquired Business role will sit within the BISO for Acquisitions, Mergers and Divestitures (AMD) organisation. The role will be responsible for driving cyber assessments, championing cyber culture and awareness, rolling out of cyber solutioning/capabilities, and conducting risk management activities in the acquired businesses. These activities will be conducted with a \xe2\x80\x98Risk Based\xe2\x80\x99 approach to help these individual businesses manage cyber risk in their area.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for being the first point of contact for all cyber security advisory extending to all areas of Cybersecurity with our Acquired Businesses e.g., Security Architecture, GRAC, etc.,

Responsible for cross functional collaboration across various service lines including M&A Integration team, Privacy, Go to Market and internal Cyber teams.

During integration phases complete the Risk and Controls Assessment and agree and monitor an appropriate remediation plan, where necessary.

In the \'business as usual\' phase ensure on going engagement with the acquired business.

Responsible for an on-going programme of education, engagement, and risk-based assurance.

Partner with Acquired businesses to understand their Cyber Security processes and technology needs and translate these into clear scope, objectives, requirements and deliverables.

Responsible for ensuring SOC visibility across Acquired Business activities.

Responsible for cyber risk reporting of all Acquired Businesses to Cyber Security and to business leadership.

Responsible for maintaining and effectively directing timely closure of security exceptions in any relevant activities.

Responsible for providing standards and controls feedback based on local implementation requirements/restrictions in order to refine global policies, standards, and controls requirements.

Continually develop knowledge of the Cyber Security landscape associated to all of our Acquired Businesses - recognise associated risks and align this to a view of Risk Acceptance all the way through to the need to rapidly invest and build out Cyber Security technologies and processes.

Understand key Cyber Security considerations in relation to the Applications and Platforms used by our Acquired businesses, including eCommerce, ERP, CRM and Collaboration Platforms, to name a few, including those hosted On-Prem or Cloud environments.

Recognise the developing Cloud (Iaas, PaaS and SaaS) environments being leveraged by these businesses and support and advise on how to securely leverage these opportunities.

Understanding respective Acquired Business technology roadmaps and being able to guide on driving Security into Design.

Strategic thinking to enable Cyber Security Risk reduction to Unilever through supporting our Acquired Businesses in developing their Cyber Technologies and Processes.

Working with the Acquired Businesses to ensure that key Information Security and Privacy Regulations are effectively recognised, and the appropriate capabilities are in place to support.

Manage project and stakeholder expectations.

Support our Acquired businesses through relevant Cyber Security processes within Unilever.

Upskill our Acquired Businesses to understand key Identify, Protect, Detect and Recover Cyber Security Technologies and how these can be used to protect these businesses.

Supporting the Acquired Businesses in building Business cases to seek funding within their own Standalone organisations to invest in Cyber Security capabilities.

Alternatively, depending on Acquired Business Integration type, potentially building Business cases to seek funding from Unilever\'s internal IT Investment Board, to build our Cyber Security capability that can be expanded out to our Acquired Businesses.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to be understood by both technical and non-technical personnel.

Skills in Programme and Project Management at a portfolio level.

Certifications - CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer etc. (desirable)
