We are looking for a B.Sc. IT graduate (fresher) or 1 year experience to join our Cyber Security & IT Compliance team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be well-presentable, and show a strong interest in building a career in Cyber Security, Data Protection, and IT Infrastructure Monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring, detecting, and reporting security incidents.
Support the team in conducting vulnerability assessments and basic security audits.
Maintain documentation related to IT policies, security protocols, and compliance reports.
Help in implementing security controls across systems, networks, and user devices.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of IT security gaps.
Support management in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and training materials for cybersecurity awareness.
Perform basic analysis of logs, user access, and system alerts under supervision.
Assist in managing endpoint security tools, antivirus dashboards, and patch updates.
Required Qualification
B.Sc. IT / BCA / related degree (2024-2025 pass-out preferred).
Strong interest in Cyber Security, Networking, or IT Systems.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
Smart, presentable, and professional behaviour.
Basic understanding of networks, firewalls, operating systems, and security concepts.
Knowledge of tools like antivirus consoles, SIEM (optional), firewalls (optional).
Good analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to learn fast and work in a high-responsibility environment.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Internships or certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CEH, Security+, Basics of Ethical Hacking).
Hands-on exposure to Windows/Linux admin, networking, or system troubleshooting.
