Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust security architectures to protect our organizations digital assets. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems and data.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive security architectures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security measures into existing and new systems. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. Implement security protocols and technologies to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access. Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly to minimize potential impacts. Provide guidance and support to IT teams in the implementation of security solutions. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to proactively address potential risks. Design and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to enhance the organizations security posture. Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-incident analysis to improve future responses. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver security awareness training programs. Ensure that security measures are scalable and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Contribute to the development of a security-focused culture within the organization.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing security architectures. Have experience with security assessment tools and methodologies. Show proficiency in incident response and management. Exhibit knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements. Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hold excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
