Essential Job Functions:

• Preparation of policy, standards, procedure and process documents based on different security standards like ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, NIST etc.
• Perform gap analysis of information security standards such as ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019 and create compliance reports.
• Conduct Information security awareness, training and educational activities to stakeholders.
• Manages information security risk assessments and controls selection activities.
• Perform testing of internal controls specified in Information Security Policies and Perform internal audit reviews to assess the effectiveness of current information security controls
• Support the Information Security program including development, collection, assessment, and reporting of metrics
• Conduct Mock ISO Audits, Security device Audits, Access controls Audit, Privilege ID Audit and Report on departments preparedness for final audit and certification
• Managing and handling customer od day-today basis.
• Support in external ISO and cyber security related audits.
• Measurement of KPIs for Information Security and Cyber Security.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 Yrs of exp
• Hands-on experience in Word, PPT, Excel for reporting and tracking related work.

Skillset Required

• like ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019 and cyber security framework (NIST)
• ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019 Implementation, ISMS Design, BCSMS audit, Risk Assessment, Policy and Process Review
• Able to maintain control tracking, status reports and compliance dashboards
• Good Hands-on Experience in Security compliance domain i.e. conducting and facing internal external information security audits, Artifact validation, dealing with stakeholders for measurement and improvement of information security compliance landscape as per security policy and regulatory standard requirement
• Experience in patch management auditing and data centre audits.

Good to Have

• Implementation and auditing of IT Processes in alignment with ISO 20000.

Education

• B-Tech / BE /MCA in computer science or equivalent

Certification

• Mandatory: ISO 27001 LA/LI
• Desired: CISA/CISM/CISSP/NIST CSF, ISO 22301, ISO 20000.
