About The Job:

  • This role will assist in implementation and provide lifecycle management and operational support for global endpoint security controls within Cyber Security Foundations (CSF) - Cyber Security Technologies (CST), protecting the organization's systems and data from cyberattacks.
  • This role focuses on supporting day-to-day activities, ensuring security services remain healthy while achieving coverage and effectiveness objectives and responding to support requests, on workstations, servers, and mobile devices in a global enterprise, as well as multi-cloud endpoint environments.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Assist in the implementation of global enterprise security controls for endpoint protection across workstation, data center, cloud, and mobile environments, ensuring alignment with CSF strategies and compliance with security policies to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Secure cloud-based endpoint security systems in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) by identifying appropriate tools, determining deployment strategies, and managing their lifecycle to ensure robust protection.
  • Implement secure infrastructure solutions for endpoint security, including configuration management and OS hardening, across all environments to enhance system resilience and mitigate risks.
  • Measure coverage and effectiveness metrics for security controls to identify gaps and risks, producing reports that can be used to inform colleagues for developing tactical and strategic plans.
  • Participate in security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks in endpoint security environments and assist in responding to audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Cyber Security Engineers to refine engineering requirements, standardize controls, and create efficiencies that align with CSF strategies across Platforms/Squads.
  • Work with Principal and Senior Cyber Security Engineers to engage in Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Proof of Concept (POC) projects to evaluate tools and controls, ensuring alignment with CSF goals and strategies.

  • Assist in designing security engineering strategies by collaborating with squad/platform leads to support Infrastructure and Workplace teams, aligning with CSF Platforms/Squads.
  • Collaborate with Security Compliance teams to develop and track regulatory and program reporting metrics, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Management procedures, and training materials.
  • Contribute to immediate operational readiness, including training and knowledge transfer for global teams.
  • Participate in on-call (remote) support activities during non-business hours and weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
  • EXP-8+
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science,
  • Cybersecurity, IT) or 3+ years of equivalent IT experience.
  • 3+ years in IT Security Engineering & Security Operations, or a
  • related field, with a focus on designing, implementing, and
  • managing security controls in a global enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience supporting products, processes, and
  • customers with endpoint protection, data center security, and/or
  • mobile security capabilities.
  • Exposure to securing cloud endpoints in a multi -cloud
  • environment, including deploying, and managing relevant tools.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of cybersecurity controls and their
  • application in a global context.
  • Solid experience in measuring coverage and effectiveness of
  • security controls to identify gaps and risks, with the ability to
  • report findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Intermediate understanding of IT policy and standard
  • development, enforcement, and compliance with internal
  • controls.
  • Strong communication skills to keep colleagues informed on
  • service status and improvement needs.
  • Strong written skills for documentation and SOP development.
  • Strong background in executing ITIL processes (Incident,
  • Problem, Change & Request Management) and tools (e.g.,
  • ServiceNow).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) and
  • tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
