As a Cyber Sec Archt/Engr II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company assets Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security vulnerabilities Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement security solutions Provide guidance on security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations Stay uptodate with the latest security trends and technologies

YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in a cyber security leadership position In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices Ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence
WE VALUE
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or another related field Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams
