Key Responsibilities: Database Management:- Work with internal and external databases to identify relevant target personas for each event. - Segment and refine data based on event theme, industry vertical, company size, and designation. Audience Targeting & Outreach: - Prepare and send personalized email invites to shortlisted personas. - Collaborate with the creative and content team to align messaging with the event's positioning. - Track open and response rates, and optimize email campaigns accordingly. Registration Management: - Follow up with interested leads to drive registrations via email or phone. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invitees, registrants, and confirmed attendees. - Identify and remove irrelevant or non-target profiles from the list. Telecalling & Agency Coordination: - Liaise with external tele-calling vendors/agencies to ensure timely and quality follow-ups. - Provide updated calling lists, track daily progress, and troubleshoot issues. Speaker and Panelist Coordination: - Identify and invite relevant thought leaders and industry experts as speakers or panelists. - Manage confirmation, logistics, and communication touchpoints for all speakers. Onsite Support: - This role requires traveling across the country to manage on-ground attendee check-ins and VIP coordination at physical events. (ref:updazz.com)
