Any 9-hour shift between 9AM-9PM IST

Schedule:

6 days a week (Monday to Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off)

About the Opportunity:


We're seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to become part of our expanding Support team. This role suits candidates who enjoy resolving issues, engaging with people, and creating lasting customer connections. You'll manage conversations across various platforms and make sure each customer interaction is seamless and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer questions on

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels

. Reply to

comments, chats, and direct messages

quickly and professionally. Handle

incoming and outgoing calls

for order verification and escalation cases. Maintain precise records of all customer communications in the

CRM system

. Work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and client stakeholders to resolve issues quickly. Efficiently manage

100+ customer interactions

each day across various channels.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have at least

3 months of experience

in customer service can apply. Fluency in

English and Hindi

, with strong written and spoken communication abilities. Demonstrates emotional resilience and empathy when managing customers in stressful situations. Strong computer proficiency with the ability to work effectively on CRM systems. A

personal laptop and stable internet connection

are required for this remote role. Demonstrates

punctuality, accountability

, and the ability to work well within a team.
