Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization / integrations on Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Projects. o Prior hands-on experience in configurations and customization in the following areas - Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility and Manage Displays, Reports, Data migration, Inbound/Outbound messages. o Experience developing Oracle Field Service forms. o Experience assisting/developing Oracle Field Service Plugins. o Strong knowledge of the OFS Data Model o Solutioning complex business requirements to deliver optimal results. o Experience with web services standards and technology including JavaScript, JET, VBCS, WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards/Security etc. o Work closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support
