As a CX Analyst working with Qualtrics, you are responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data which purpose to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer experience. You will use Qualtrics software to collect and analyze data, and you will be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate your findings to customers.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll do on a Typical Day:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback data using Qualtrics software.
  • Develop and maintain customer experience metrics, dashboards, and database tools.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback data to deliver insights and recommendations for improving customer experience.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement customer experience initiatives and track progress.
  • Create reports, presentations, and other communication materials to share findings and recommendations with customers.
  • Support automated survey program data inputs and outputs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer experience standard processes and industry trends.
  • Deliver training and support to team members on Qualtrics software and customer experience analysis techniques.
  • Develop and implement streamlined document management processes to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and compliance within the organization, ensuring proper version control, document security, and user-friendly access for relevant customers.
What We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or analytics or related field.
  • Proficient in Qualtrics software and other data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with SQL scripting in Hive databases, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSON preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint Lists build and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer experience standard processes and industry trends.
  • Experience in customer experience analysis or related field preferred.
  • Pro-active self-starter with ability to succeed in a dynamic environment working to tight deadlines.
