JOB PURPOSE
With the supervision of the team lead, the PTE Product Support is accountable to assist in the operational and editorial jobs as required. PTE product Support is expected to adhere to Pearson's specifications, style, standards and quality parameters and work in collaboration with other team members.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding the product specifications and editing content, developing content where needed. Understanding all the components (both print and digital) of the assigned project.
Bringing out zero-error products driven by innovation
Support in realigning the PTE books (Indian originals) according to the new test format.
Helping in in getting the co-branded books, generating the required ISBNs as per the
requirements.
Maintaining the excel and other reports on the trainings delivered in various regions.
Feedback collection by generating the feedback forms and keeping the track of all the feedback received.
Coordinating with various master trainers for the TTT requirements and doing the follow ups for their Pos and payments with the marketing team.
Feedback collection for various master-trainers and generating the ratings for them for the ongoing report on their performance.
Working smoothly with different functions, such as rights and permissions, production, manufacturing, legal, sales and marketing throughout the duration of project
