:
Technology support for CVP and Customized applications, Knowledge of Virtual assistant / BOT preferable.
Coordinate with various user functions for requirement gathering and support.
Document user requirements and get necessary approvals & Perform Development of all CVP Java CR\'s.
Assist in Testing for Change requests / Issues as per the system requirement.
Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues and identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.
A thorough analysis of system issues faced and provides effective solutions.
Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems/Applications. This is applicable for applications developed onsite by the Managed Services team.
Key Skills:
Cisco CVP Call Studio & Core Java, Development of all CVP Java CR\'s.
