Branch Manager









This position carries the overall responsibility of origination, portfolio quality and performance responsibilities. The position manages a team of Sales Officers and Credit Officer and would collectively contribute and drive overall market level strategies for direct customer acquisition.





Team monitoring and guidance to team on day-to-day basis in accordance with formulated Direct to market strategies.


# Team Management ensure daily RM review, training, counselling; Guidance to improve conversion ratio of appointments, login, sanction, and disbursal.

# Originations: Devise direct marketing strategies for the specific market

# Customer Interface: Responsible for all Customer Personal


# Disbursement coordination, customer on-boarding and including Collections


# Overall Branch Administration & MIS responsibilities





Required Candidate profile



Age: 30 - 40 yrs

# Education: Min Graduate or PG level

# Minimum Work Experience: 5 Years of Sales experience, must have Direct Sales Experience


# Rich experience in Used Commercial Vehicle Loan

# Prior Team Management Experience Preferable

# Good skills around MS Office especially word and excel needed

# Must speak vernacular, along with English

# Must be a very mature resource
