We are looking for an experienced Cutting Supervisor/Incharge to oversee and manage the garment cutting department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabric cutting processes, team management, and strong knowledge of CAD-based pattern making and marker planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cutting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Plan and allocate fabric cutting according to production schedules.
Ensure optimal fabric utilization to minimize wastage.
Coordinate with production, sampling, and design teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor machine and equipment maintenance in the cutting section.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cutting Supervisor/Incharge in the garment industry.
Strong understanding of fabrics, shrinkage, and lay planning.
Pattern making.
