We are looking for an experienced

Cutting Supervisor

to manage and oversee daily cutting room operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cutting, efficient fabric utilization, quality compliance, and timely delivery to production while maintaining safety and workflow standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all cutting room activities, including fabric spreading and cutting Ensure cutting is done according to markers, patterns, and production plans Monitor fabric utilization and minimize fabric wastage Check cut panels for accuracy, defects, and shade consistency Coordinate with fabric store, production, and planning departments Maintain cutting records, reports, and issue cut panels to sewing lines Manage cutting staff, helpers, and machine operators Ensure proper labeling, bundling, and size ratio control Enforce safety rules and proper use of cutting equipment Meet daily and weekly production targets
Requirements

Proven experience as a Cutting Supervisor in garment manufacturing Strong knowledge of fabric cutting techniques (manual & machine cutting) Ability to read markers, patterns, and size ratios Understanding of fabric defects and quality standards Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?29,000.00 per month
