Hi this side Trilok here we are a fashion brand which deals in ethnic sets Kurtis and dresses we are looking for a pattern master and a cutting master in Jaipur only

Requirement- cutting master and fashion designer have expertise in women wear category , for boutique work

process. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and perfecting patterns used in the creation of our [products/garments/fabrics]. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret design specifications will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our final products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and adjust patterns based on design requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate with designers, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure patterns meet quality standards and production timelines. Utilize industry-standard software/tools for pattern creation and modification. Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns for optimal fit and functionality. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques related to pattern making.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pattern Maker or similar role in [industry]. Proficiency in pattern-making software/tools (e.g., CAD, Adobe Illustrator, etc.). Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
