We are seeking a skilled and diligent

Cutting Machine Operator

to join our manufacturing team at Amazing Home Interiors.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting machinery, including panel saws, edge banding machines, and other fabrication tools, to produce precise components for our modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior fixtures. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, technically proficient, and committed to producing high-quality results.

Basic Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

1. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Experience

: Minimum 2 years of experience operating woodworking or interior manufacturing machinery (panel saw, edgebander, boring machine, etc.)

Technical Knowledge

: Ability to read cutting lists, interpret design layouts, and measure accurately. Knowledge of

machine safety protocols

and workshop best practices.

Mechanical aptitude

: Able to perform routine maintenance and minor adjustments. Strong attention to detail for precise cutting and minimizing wastage.

Teamwork

: Reliable, punctual, and committed to collaborative work in workshop settings. Basic understanding of tools, calibration, and first-line fault diagnosis.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and operate cutting machinery (panel saws, double-boring, edgebanding) as per work orders and technical drawings. Accurately measure and cut components for kitchen units, wardrobes, panels, and other interior products. Maintain machine calibration, tool sharpness, and cleanliness of the work area to ensure productivity and safety. Perform regular inspection of cut components and report any quality deviations to the supervisor. Execute minor machine repairs, blade changes, and lubrication tasks. Pre-process cutting lists and prepare panels in line with production schedules. Maintain inventory of blades and cutting tools, notifying procurement for replacements. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of accurate parts.
