We are hiring Cutting Supervisor at The Kadri Mills (CBE) Private Limited

:

We are seeking an experienced Cutting Supervisor to manage and control fabric cutting operations for home textile products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate cutting as per production plans, minimizing fabric wastage, and maintaining quality and efficiency on the cutting floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily cutting operations as per production schedules Ensure correct fabric utilization and minimize wastage Follow cutting markers, patterns, and specifications accurately Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the cutting area Monitor operator performance and productivity

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in cutting department (Home Textiles preferred) Knowledge of fabric types, cutting techniques, and markers Basic understanding of production planning and quality standards Ability to handle manpower and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
