Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to products and other services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process / BPO / customer support role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency is mandatory).
Must be comfortable working in a rotational shift and week-off environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
