Origin calculation system (OCS) - supplier and Long term supplier declaration (LTDS) management

Set up the supplier in the EC4U system, issuing requests (after identification of P/N), monitoring supplier connection + possible reminders, receiving paper DLTs to be entered in EC4U.

Automatic origin calculation: resolving "standard" errors (error catalog/FAQ).

Updating Datastudio CUST Import & Export at the beginning of each month

Extracting good usage export MIC and good usage import and integrating them into the Datastudio source files.

KPI ECS Status - extraction only ECS data

ECS status reporting (non-cleared). Extraction from MIC and integration into the source file (5 files)

Customs fundamentals (Incoterms, customs classification, origin, customs value, etc.); create engagement and understanding of the importance of customs topics, risks and opportunities in the business, maximize synergies through the networks.

Reporting and CBAM master data

Google Studio reporting, monthly report for Customs & Purchasing managers regarding CO2 certificate coverage/purchases.

Maintaining up-to-date CBAM master data (real values certified by suppliers / installation).

Internal Control performance data extraction for various regions

Contribute to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo's policies
